Photography Studio Etiquette
Respect the Space • Respect the People • Respect the Craft
Be On Time
Arrive promptly and complete setup, shooting, and clean‑up within your booking.
Keep It Clean
Leave the studio tidy. Remove trash, clean spills, and return equipment.
Handle Gear with Care
Move furniture carefully, mind cables, and avoid damaging props or backdrops.
Report Damages Immediately
If something breaks or malfunctions, notify studio staff right away.
Follow Studio Rules
No candles, glitter, nails, pins, or anything that could damage the space.
Working With Others
Respect Other Photographers
Do not touch others’ equipment or enter their set without permission. Wait your turn before shooting with a shared model, and avoid overstaying your photo time with the model. Studio staff may advise you if your turn has run longer than expected. Timing methods may be used.
Respect Models
Never touch a model, their clothing, or their hair without consent. Keep interactions professional.
Ask Before Photographing
Always get clear permission before photographing anyone.
Create. Collaborate. Keep the studio a great place for everyone.
